Clinic billing

ReadySeen for Clinics is $149 a month per practice location, billed monthly through Stripe. It is flat: never per patient, brief, referral or booking, and ReadySeen never steers patients to a clinic.

• Owners subscribe and manage the card, invoices and cancellation under Billing.
• If a payment fails, you keep full access for 7 days. After that, the intake link pauses and the inbox becomes read-only until payment is made.
• Early clinics may get a free pilot, set up by our team.
• A business associate agreement is signed before your first brief. Online subscriptions open once counsel has approved the clinic terms and the agreement.
