Getting started
What ReadySeen does, in five minutes.
ReadySeen helps you arrive at a visit prepared. It does three things:
- Tracks a spot with photos that line up. A faint "ghost" of your last photo appears over the camera, so each new photo matches the last in distance and angle. Over days, that becomes a time-lapse a clinician can read at a glance.
- Asks a few clear questions. When it started, what changed, what you've tried, how it feels, your medicines and allergies, and what you want to ask.
- Makes a one-page Visit Brief you can print, share through a link that expires, or send to a verified clinic.
ReadySeen never interprets your photos and never names a condition. If your answers match a warning sign (for example a fast-spreading rash with fever), it tells you plainly to call 911 or get care today.
Your first spot
- Create a free account, or install the app first from Download.
- Open the app and agree to how your information is handled (it stays on your phone).
- Tap New spot, name it ("Left forearm patch"), and choose where it is.
- Take the first photo in good light, about a hand's width away.
- Answer the interview, then open Visit brief.
Do I need an account?
Yes, a free one. Your spots and photos still stay on your phone; the account holds your plan, the briefs you've sent and your security settings, and you can download or delete it any time. Create one here.
Can I install it?
Yes. ReadySeen installs from the web on iPhone, Android and computers, with its own icon, and opens without a signal. See Download.
