Frequently asked questions
Short answers to common questions.
Does ReadySeen diagnose?
No. It never interprets photos and never names a condition. It organises what you tell it for your clinician.
Does it use AI?
Not in the current version. Briefs are assembled from your answers, and warning signs come from fixed written rules.
Can ReadySeen read my brief?
No. Briefs are encrypted on your phone. For links, the key is in the link; for clinics, it's locked to the clinic's own key.
What if I lose my phone?
Spots stored only on that phone are lost. Share links you made still expire on schedule; withdraw them from another device by contacting us if needed.
Is ReadySeen covered by HIPAA?
Your own use is a consumer service, generally not covered by HIPAA; state health-data laws and the FTC Health Breach Notification Rule apply, and our policies follow them. When a clinic subscribes to receive briefs, we act as its business associate under a signed agreement.
Who runs ReadySeen?
