Clinic setup guide

From registration to your first brief.

  1. Create a clinic account with your work email at Register a practice, and confirm the email.
  2. Set up two-factor sign-in. Required for everyone on a clinic team.
  3. Register the practice: NPI (look it up from NPPES in one click), address, and the responsible clinician's state licence. Federal checks run immediately.
  4. Create the vault (owner): choose a passphrase. Your clinic's encryption key is made in your browser; we only store it locked with that passphrase. We can't recover a lost passphrase.
  5. Invite your team under Team: staff open the inbox; admins also manage the team and settings; owners also handle billing and the vault.
  6. Print the QR poster under Intake QR, and add your intake link to appointment reminders.
  7. When a reviewer has confirmed your licence, you're verified and briefs can arrive.
