Sending a brief to a clinic

If your clinic uses ReadySeen, it has an intake page (readyseen.com/c/clinic-name) and a QR poster at the desk.

1. Scan the QR code or open the link, then tap Prepare and send my brief.
2. Prepare your spot as usual. On Visit brief, choose Send to [clinic].
3. Add your name or initials so the desk can match you, choose how long they can open it (24 hours, 72 hours or 7 days), and confirm.

The brief is encrypted on your phone with that clinic's own key: only its team can open it, with their vault passphrase. You see when they opened it on the spot's page and can withdraw it there.
